Hello all! I have been feeling so bad that i have not been posting as much here in the last few months. I think a few of you have noticed due to the encouraging emails that find there way into my inbox when i am not posting as frequently! You readers are great! Thanks! I am back and here is a little update on the goings on here. Lots has gone on here this summer! I will try to catch you up...
We found out that we were pregnant in the early spring and are so excited! It took all my energy to get out of bed that first trimester but I am doing great now. We have had really bad weather all summer but have managed a few summer grill outs and beach days.
Out little "baby" turned 1! We went to the Mall of America which is not far from where we live and she fell in love with this bitty baby from American Girl!
I can't believe how much she has grown and changes every week. She loves saying animal sounds and waving at every kid that she sees! I can't wait to see her with her new brother or sister!
I turned 31. But that wasn't really all that exciting:)
We took a little family vacation to visit friends and family and also celebrate our 3 year anniversary! It was in farm country and so we drooled over a huge farmers market, visited a heirloom seeds farm, hiked some beautiful trails and just relaxed. Ahhhhh!
We decided this was our new favorite summer meal! Fresh mozzarella, basil, and summer tomato sandwiches...grilled! Yumm! I feel like I have had some success in the kitchen this summer with new recipes and will be posting some of the goods one for ya later! Thanks for listening...I have missed you all!
Congratulations! MJy 1st two kids are 19 months apart. I was a little scared at first, but it's worked out wonderfully! They are really close and play really well together (for the most part!). Happy birthday to you and your little one (for now)! Love the pictures!

Those sandwiches look amazing and your little one is adorable! I grew up in Minneapolis and it's nice to see some midwest photos, too!
