My best friend and I recently had an impromptu art play-date with the kiddos. We made this fun canvas project! It was fun for us and our 3 and 1.5 year olds!
What you need:
blank canvas, sticker letters, acrylic paint, a fun quote, a drop cloth is helpful!
"make today ridiculously amazing"
Just place your stickers. We choose sayings we had pinned on pinterest! Here is my "words" board if you would like some ideas! I painted gently over them a bit before I let the girls go to town with the paint to make sure they stuck ok.
We used paintbrushes and also our hands.
We sprayed them off with the hose and then peeled off the stickers when the paint dried! I love the outcome. We are going to making many more of these!
I think i might touch up a few letters with white out but looks good!

I'm really loving this idea. I have some canvas just need to get some letters & I think I'll do Xmas versions with my twins :)
Thank you for the inspiration :)

I need that quote for my 5 yr old. I wish he could choose joy more often than he has been lately. :)
